'Pejman' star to appear in new comedy ‘The Hornet's Nest’

Iran actor Pejman Jamshidi who played the titular role in popular 'Pejman' series is to star in new comedy ‘The Hornet's Nest’.

Directed by Borzou Niknejad and produced by Saeed Khani, 20 percent of the film has been done.

Mohsen Kiaee, Pejman Jamshidi, Bahareh Kianafshar and Rana Azadivar are the main cast of ‘The Hornet's Nest’.

Pejman Jamshidi was a professional footballer who played as midfielder for Persepolis, Saipa, Pas Tehran and some other clubs.

He made his debut TV series with ‘Medical Building’, but his role in the TV series ‘Pejman’, directed by Soroush Sehat, made him a household name.

Born in 1981, Mohsen Kiaee has so far appeared in many films and series including ‘Atmosphere Station’, ‘Blockage’, ‘A Special Day’, ‘Barcode’, ‘Ice Age’ and ‘The Recluse’.
